The restaurant was not bad, bathtub in the room was amazing, staff was quite helpful (for Kazakh standards). The bed and size of the room was great, too, there is tea and water, so overall the room is really good.

The location, cost and service was outstanding. Especially the front desk lady that arranged flowers with 1 hours notice!
